युवाओं के कंधे पर जिम्मेदारी…?

सदी के परिवर्तन के साथ ही मानव की सोच और विचारधाराएं भी बदल रही है. जहाँ पिछली सदी में युवा बोझ माने जाते थे वहीँ 21 सदी में युवाओं के कंधे पर जिम्मेदारी सौपीं जा रही है.

भारत एक युवा देश है, जहाँ की आधी से अधिक आबादी 30 वर्ष से कम आयु की है. युवा किसी भी राष्ट्र की रीढ़ होते हैं. वे न केवल वर्तमान के सक्रिय भागीदार हैं, बल्कि आने वाले कल के शिल्पकार भी हैं. युवाओं के कंधे पर जिम्मेदारी केवल शब्द नहीं, बल्कि एक गहन सत्य है. यह जिम्मेदारी उन्हें समाज, राष्ट्र और मानवता के प्रति निभानी है. हम ‘युवाओं के कंधे पर जिम्मेदारी’ की बात करते हैं, तो यह सिर्फ एक मुहावरा नहीं, बल्कि एक गहरा सामाजिक, आर्थिक और नैतिक दायित्व है. ये वो ऊर्जा, नवप्रवर्तन और साहस है, जो समाज को जड़ता से निकालकर प्रगति की ओर ले जाती है.

इतिहास गवाह ही कि, स्वतंत्रता संग्राम से लेकर आज तक, युवाओं ने हर मोड़ पर देश को नई दिशा दी है. यदि युवा अपने कंधों पर जिम्मेदारी को समझें और उसे निभाएँ, तो राष्ट्र न केवल आत्मनिर्भर बनेगा बल्कि विश्व का मार्गदर्शक भी बन सकता है. लोकतंत्र में युवाओं की भागीदारी आवश्यक है.  सही नेतृत्व चुनना और भ्रष्टाचार के खिलाफ आवाज उठाना यही उनकी जिम्मेदारी है. साथ ही  प्राकृतिक संसाधनों की रक्षा करना और आने वाली पीढ़ियों के लिए सुरक्षित वातावरण तैयार करना. वर्तमान समय में विज्ञान, तकनीक, कला और खेलों में युवाओं की उपलब्धियाँ भारत को विश्व पटल पर गौरवान्वित कर रही है.

भारतीय राजनीति में युवाओं की भूमिका सदैव महत्वपूर्ण रही है. वहीँ,  युवाओं के कंधे पर जिम्मेदारी एक भार नहीं, बल्कि एक अधिकार है जो अपने भविष्य को अपनी इच्छानुसार गढ़ने का अधिकार. उनकी सक्रिय भागीदारी, निडरता और नई सोच ही है जो एक मजबूत, समृद्ध और न्यायसंगत राष्ट्र का निर्माण करेगी. जब युवा अपनी जिम्मेदारियों को समझते हुए आगे बढ़ते हैं, तभी एक राष्ट्र सच्चे अर्थों में प्रगति करता है.

देश की सबसे बड़ी राजनीतिक पार्टी द्वारा युवाओं को महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारियाँ सौंपना मात्र एक संगठनात्मक निर्णय नहीं होता, बल्कि यह एक रणनीतिक बदलाव और भविष्य की ओर उन्मुख दृष्टिकोण को दर्शाता है. यह कदम संकेत देता है कि पार्टी न केवल वर्तमान जनाकांक्षाओं को समझ रही है, बल्कि वह खुद को भविष्य की नेतृत्व पंक्ति के लिए तैयार कर रही है. वहीँ, युवाओं को आगे लाना पार्टी को इस बड़े मतदाता वर्ग से सीधे जुड़ने में मदद करता है. युवा नेतृत्व युवा मतदाताओं की आशाओं, आकांक्षाओं और समस्याओं को बेहतर ढंग से समझ सकता है.

बताते चलें कि, राजनीतिक नेतृत्व एक दिन में तैयार नहीं होता. बल्कि, युवाओं को छोटी या बड़ी जिम्मेदारी सौंपकर पार्टी उन्हें जमीनी स्तर से अनुभव प्राप्त करने का मौका देती है. यह एक प्रकार की क्षमता निर्माण प्रक्रिया है, जो भविष्य में उन्हें विधायक, सांसद या कैबिनेट मंत्री के रूप में सफल बनाने की नींव रखती है. लंबे समय तक सत्ता में रहने पर अक्सर मतदाताओं में एक प्रकार की ‘सत्ता-विरोधी’ भावना पनपने लगती है. नए और युवा चेहरों को आगे लाने से पार्टी अपनी छवि को ताजा और गतिशील बनाए रखती है, जिससे इस लहर को कम करने में मदद मिलती है.

देश की सबसे बड़ी पार्टी द्वारा युवाओं के कंधे पर जिम्मेदारी सौंपना भारतीय राजनीति में एक सकारात्मक और आवश्यक बदलाव का प्रतीक है. यह कदम तब और अधिक प्रभावी होता है, जब यह केवल ‘वंशवाद’ या ‘चेहरा बदलने’ तक सीमित न रहे, बल्कि योग्यता, निष्ठा और प्रदर्शन पर आधारित हो. बताते चलें कि, दुनिया की सबसे बड़ी सदस्यता वाली पार्टी भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) को माना जाता है. इसकी सफलता का एक बड़ा रहस्य इसके मजबूत और गतिशील संगठन में निहित है. पिछले कुछ वर्षों में, बीजेपी ने अपनी संगठनात्मक और चुनावी रणनीति में एक महत्वपूर्ण बदलाव करते हुए ‘युवा नेतृत्व को केंद्र में लाना और उन्हें निर्णायक जिम्मेदारियाँ सौंपना’ यह रणनीति न केवल पार्टी को भविष्य के लिए तैयार कर रही है, बल्कि वर्तमान राजनीतिक समीकरणों को भी प्रभावित कर रही है.

बीजेपी ने एक स्पष्ट ‘लीडरशिप पाइपलाइन’ बनाई है, जहाँ युवा नेताओं को युवा मोर्चा, विभिन्न राज्यों में संगठन महामंत्री या राज्य अध्यक्ष जैसे पदों पर रखा जाता है. यह प्रक्रिया उन्हें संगठनात्मक प्रबंधन का गहन अनुभव देती है, ताकि वे भविष्य में विधायक, सांसद या केंद्रीय मंत्री के रूप में सफल हो सकें. पार्टी अक्सर युवाओं को जिम्मेदारी सौंपकर उन्हें एक निश्चित अवधि में परिणाम देने का लक्ष्य देती है. यह ‘प्रदर्शन ही पहचान है’. यह संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देता है साथ ही पार्टी के भीतर गुटबाजी या वंशवाद के प्रभाव को कम करने में भी मदद करता है. वहीँ, पार्टी युवा ऊर्जा का उपयोग न केवल चुनाव जीतने के लिए कर रही है, बल्कि अपनी विचारधारा को देश के कोने-कोने तक पहुँचाने और अगले कई दशकों के लिए अपना राजनीतिक आधार मजबूत करने के लिए भी कर रही है.

Responsibility on the shoulders of the youth…?

With the turn of the century, human thinking and ideologies are also changing. While in the last century, young people were considered a burden, in the 21st century, responsibility is being placed on their shoulders.

India is a young country, where more than half of the population is under 30 years of age. Youth are the backbone of any nation. They are not only active participants in the present but also the architects of the future. The responsibility on the shoulders of the youth is not just a phrase, but a profound truth. This responsibility is towards society, the nation, and humanity. When we talk about ‘responsibility on the shoulders of the youth,’ it is not just an idiom, but a deep social, economic, and moral obligation. It is this energy, innovation, and courage that lifts society out of inertia and leads it towards progress.

History is witness to the fact that, from the freedom struggle to the present day, young people have given the country a new direction at every turn. If the youth understand and fulfill their responsibilities, the nation will not only become self-reliant but can also become a guide for the world. The participation of youth in democracy is essential. Choosing the right leadership and raising their voice against corruption is their responsibility. Also, protecting natural resources and creating a safe environment for future generations. Currently, the achievements of young people in science, technology, art, and sports are making India proud on the world stage.

The role of youth in Indian politics has always been significant. The responsibility on the shoulders of the youth is not a burden, but a right – the right to shape their future according to their wishes. Their active participation, fearlessness, and new thinking will build a strong, prosperous, and just nation. Only when young people understand their responsibilities and move forward, does a nation truly progress.

Entrusting important responsibilities to young people by the country’s largest political party is not merely an organizational decision, but it reflects a strategic shift and a future-oriented approach. This move indicates that the party is not only understanding current public aspirations but is also preparing itself for the future leadership line. Bringing young people forward helps the party connect directly with this large voter base. Young leaders can better understand the hopes, aspirations, and problems of young voters.

It’s worth noting that political leadership is not built in a day. Rather, by entrusting young people with small or large responsibilities, the party gives them the opportunity to gain experience at the grassroots level. This is a kind of capacity-building process that lays the foundation for their success as MLAs, MPs, or cabinet ministers in the future. When a party remains in power for a long time, a kind of ‘anti-incumbency’ sentiment often develops among voters. Bringing in new and young faces helps the party maintain a fresh and dynamic image, which helps mitigate this wave.

The country’s largest party entrusting responsibility to young people symbolizes a positive and necessary change in Indian politics. This step becomes even more effective when it is not limited to mere ‘dynastic politics’ or ‘changing faces,’ but is based on merit, loyalty, and performance. It’s worth mentioning that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is considered the world’s largest political party in terms of membership. A major secret to its success lies in its strong and dynamic organization. In recent years, the BJP has made a significant shift in its organizational and electoral strategy: ‘bringing young leadership to the forefront and entrusting them with crucial responsibilities.’ This strategy is not only preparing the party for the future but is also influencing current political equations.

The BJP has created a clear ‘leadership pipeline’ where young leaders are placed in positions such as the youth wing, organizational general secretary in various states, or state president. This process gives them in-depth experience in organizational management so that they can succeed as MLAs, MPs, or central ministers in the future. The party often assigns responsibilities to young people and sets targets for them to deliver results within a specific timeframe. This embodies the principle that ‘performance is identity.’ This promotes a healthy culture within the party and also helps reduce the influence of factionalism or dynastic politics. Meanwhile, the party is utilizing the energy of its youth not only to win elections but also to spread its ideology to every corner of the country and strengthen its political base for decades to come.

The largest party in the country entrusting responsibility to young people is not merely a political strategy, but a visionary step towards nation-building. It provides young people with the opportunity to take society to new heights with their energy and ideas. If the youth fulfill this responsibility with wisdom and integrity, they will not only strengthen the party but also lead the entire nation towards a brighter future.
