बिहार विधानसभा में उपमुख्यमंत्री सह वित्त मंत्री सम्राट चौधरी द्वारा पेश किए गए बिहार के वित्तीय बजट 2025 और 26 के इस बजट में किसानों, उधमियों, युवाओं, एवं महिलाओं,सहित समाज के हर वर्ग के लोगों को ख्याल रखा गया .इस बजट में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों और वर्गों के लिए कई महत्वपूर्ण घोषणाएँ की गई हैं. आइए, इस बजट के मुख्य बिंदुओं पर विस्तारपूर्वक चर्चा करते हैं: –
कन्या विवाह मंडप: – राज्य की हर पंचायत में गरीब परिवारों की कन्याओं के लिए कन्या विवाह मंडप का निर्माण किया जाएगा.
महिला हाट एवं पिंक टॉयलेट: – महिला हाट और पिंक टॉयलेट की स्थापना का प्रावधान किया गया है.
पिंक बस सेवा: – राज्य के प्रमुख शहरों में महिलाओं के लिए पिंक बस का परिचालन किया जाएगा, जिसमें सवारी, चालक एवं कंडक्टर सभी महिलाएं होंगी.
महिला स्व-रोजगार: – महिला चालकों को ई-रिक्शा एवं दो पहिया वाहनों के व्यावसायिक परिचालन के लिए क्रय करने पर नगद अनुदान का प्रावधान किया जाएगा.
किसानों के लिए योजनाएँ: – किसानों के लिए विभिन्न प्रकार की योजनाओं की घोषणा की गई है, जिसमें कृषि सुधार और सिंचाई की सुविधाएँ शामिल हैं.
मुफ्त बिजली: – किसानों को मुफ्त बिजली की व्यवस्था नहीं की गई है, जिससे विपक्ष ने इस बजट की आलोचना की है.
छात्रवृत्ति: – वर्ग 1 से 10 तक के सामान्य श्रेणी के छात्रों (अल्पसंख्यक सहित) की छात्रवृत्ति दर को दोगुना किया जाएगा.
निजी मेडिकल कॉलेज: – निजी क्षेत्र के सहयोग से राज्य में नए निजी मेडिकल कॉलेज संचालित किए जाएंगे.
कैंसर अस्पताल: – बेगूसराय में कैंसर अस्पताल स्थापित किया जाएगा.
नगर चिकित्सा सुविधा केंद्र: – संपूर्ण राज्य में शहरी क्षेत्रों के लिए नगर चिकित्सा सुविधा केंद्रों की स्थापना की जाएगी.
महिला चालकों के लिए आरक्षण: – बिहार राज्य पथ परिवहन निगम से चालक, कंडक्टर एवं डिपो मेंटेनेंस स्टाफ के पदों में महिलाओं के लिए 33 प्रतिशत आरक्षण की व्यवस्था लागू की जाएगी.
हवाई अड्डा विकास: – पूर्णिया हवाई अड्डा का निर्माण किया जा रहा है, जिसे शीघ्र ही चालू किया जाएगा. राजगीर, सुल्तानगंज (भागलपुर) एवं रक्सौल में हवाई अड्डा विकसित करने की कार्रवाई की जाएगी.

Bihar Financial Budget -2025
In this budget of Bihar’s financial budget 2025 and 26 presented by Deputy Chief Minister cum Finance Minister Samrat Chaudhary in the Bihar Assembly, people from every section of the society including farmers, entrepreneurs, youth, and women have been taken care of. Many important announcements have been made in this budget for various sectors and sections. Let us discuss the main points of this budget in detail: –
Kanya Vivah Mandap: – Kanya Vivah Mandap will be constructed for the girls of poor families in every panchayat of the state.
Mahila Haat and Pink Toilet: – Provision has been made for the establishment of Mahila Haat and Pink Toilet.
Pink Bus Service: – Pink buses will be operated for women in major cities of the state, in which the passengers, driver and conductor will all be women.
Women Self-Employment: – Provision of cash grant will be made to women drivers on purchasing e-rickshaws and two-wheelers for commercial operation.
Schemes for farmers: – Various types of schemes have been announced for farmers, which include agricultural reforms and irrigation facilities.
Free electricity: – Free electricity has not been provided to farmers, due to which the opposition has criticized this budget.
Scholarship: – The scholarship rate of general category students (including minorities) from class 1 to 10 will be doubled.
Private medical colleges: – New private medical colleges will be operated in the state with the cooperation of the private sector.
Cancer hospital: A cancer hospital will be established in Begusarai.
City medical facility centres: – City medical facility centres will be established for urban areas across the state.
Reservation for women drivers: – A system of 33 per cent reservation for women will be implemented in the posts of driver, conductor and depot maintenance staff from Bihar State Road Transport Corporation.
Airport development: – Purnia airport is being constructed, which will be started soon. Action will be taken to develop airports in Rajgir, Sultanganj (Bhagalpur) and Raxaul.
