हमने सतपाल मलिक का इंटरव्यू नही देखा. जिसे खुलासा खुलासा राज फाश कह कह के बताया जा रहा है मुझे लगता है मैं ही नही बल्कि वह अंधभक्त भी अपने अंतर्मन में जानते होंगे कि, यह सब कोई राज़ नही है. भ्रष्टाचार आर्थिक कदाचार देश की संस्कृति है, बड़े आदमी करोड़ो, अरबो, खरबो में करते है, जबकि, ट्रैफिक का सिपाही 50 रु में ही मान जाता है.
असली वर्ग विभाजन घुस का क्वांटम तय करता है. जो सबसे मजबूत वर्ग है वह ‘करप्शन में यकीन नही करता’, वह सीधे सीधे नीतियां बदलवा देता है. ओरल रिकमेंडेशन फोन, मुलाकात आदि से ही काम चला लेता है. ये छुटभैये घूसखोर सैकड़ो हजारों और लाखों वाले सिस्टम पर कोई फर्क नही डालते. असल खेला वो करते है जिन्हें अपने फेवर में पोलिसी बनवानी होती है, प्रोग्राम बनवाने होते है, पाताल से लेकर आकाश से लेकर समंदर की गहराइयों में छिपे देश के खजाने पर मलिकाना चाहिए होता है. अगर आपके खेत मे आपको जमीन में गड़ा कुछ सोने का सिक्का मिल जाये तो वह सरकारी संपत्ति है आपकी नही. मगर जो आप के खेत के नीचे सोने की खान हो तब वह खेत ही आपसे ले लिया जाएगा, सोने की खान के हिसाब से मुआवजा नही मिलेगा, मुआवजा बस खेत का मिलेगा.
फिर यही खान नीलाम होगी, अगर उसमें 1000 अरब का सोना अनुमानित हैं और बिल्कुल नीलामी 5 , 6 और 7 अरब की बोली लगती है तो 7 वाले को मिलेगी. 7 अरब में अगले को 1000 अरब की खान मिल जाएगी वह भी बिल्कुल ईमानदारी और पारदर्शी तरीके से नीलामी की सबसे बड़ी खासियत यह है कि जो नीलाम हो रहा है उसकी कीमत इसमें immaterial हो जाती है, जो बोली लगा रहा है उसकी औकात से कीमत तय होगी. इसीलिए सोना भी मिट्टी और गिट्टी के भाव मे नीलम हो जाता है. और बिल्कुल ईमानदारी और पारदर्शी तरीके से.
लेकिन किसी को 2 अरब में ही चाहिए, यानी उसे मिट्टी के भाव ही चाहिए वह गिट्टी के भाव भी नही देना चाहता तो वह सरकार को मिला कर नीतियां ही ऐसी बनवा लेगा कि, सोना मिट्टी के भाव उसे ही मिले. असल मे यह है भ्रष्टाचार का चरम उदाहरण मगर यह कभी सिद्ध नही हो सकता. तो जो रेलवे के टीटी, ट्रैफिक के सिपाही, रजिस्ट्री के बाबू, नक्शा पास कराई दरोगाजी से चार्ज शीट में नाम हटवाना, जज साब की नाक के नीचे पेशकार की मुट्ठी में कुछ भर देना, कस्टम और छुटभैये तस्करों की लाइन, BSA और DIOS दफ्तर में फाइलों की मूवमेंट से जुड़ी आपकी पॉकेट यह सब राज काज है, इससे देश को कोई फर्क नही पड़ता.
देश को जहां से फर्क पड़ता है उस पर बोलना ही देश विरोधी हो जाना है. अच्छा आप खुद बताइए, ऊपर गिनाए नए रूटीन में होने वाले कथित भ्रष्टाचार में आपने अपने जीवन में अब तक कितना ढीला किया होगा 10 हजार 50 हजार लाख दो लाख 5 लाख अगर हिंदुस्तान की समग्र आबादी से भाग देकर PER CAPITA LOSS निकाले तो वह 100, 200 रु से ज्यादा नही ठहरेगा. तो क्या देश की समस्या रूटीन का करप्शन या दस्तूरी या सुविधाशुल्क है बहुत चुल्ल मची है आंख खोल देने वाला इंटरव्यू देखने की तो इन्ही करण थापर ने दो एक महीने पहले बेहद सम्मानित रक्षा पत्रकार मनोज जोशी साब का उनकी नई क़िताब की बाबत उनसे लिया गया इन्टरव्यू है, वह जरूर आपसे आंख मलवायेगा यही सतपाल मलिक थे न जब NC और PDP ने मिलकर सरकार बनाने की पेशकश का लेटर दिया था तो राजभवन का फैक्स खराब हो गया, नतीज़ा गवर्नर ही जम्मू कश्मीर का पर्याय बन गया और इस बिना पर उनकी सहमति से 370 अमेंड हो गया. ये सब असली खेल है बाकी 300 करोड़ का ऑफर लाने भृष्ट फलाने भृष्ट सब मोहमाया है.
