Apart from this, through this day people are made aware of water wastage, water crisis, and climate change so that we all together can take proper care of this important resource.
World Wetlands Day is celebrated across the world on 2 February, and its main objective is to encourage all of us to take shared responsibility so that we can become active participants in the proper use and conservation of water.
