गांव देहातों को जाना है। अधिकांश लोग ऐसे गांवों में पले बढ़े, जहां परस्पर सहयोगी होना तो दूर, एक दूसरे के खून के प्यासे रहते थे। गांव का हर परिवार अपने पड़ोसी को पाकिस्तानी या चाइनीज मानकर हथियार ताने बैठा रहता था। जिसे अवसर मिलता, वही पड़ोसी को टपका देता था।ये लोग ऐसे गांवों में पले बढ़े, जहां गांव के लोग पड़ोसी के साथ कोर्ट कचहरी में उलझे रहते थे। इसीलिए पढ़ लिखकर शहर भाग गए सुकून की जिंदगी जीने के लिए। और अब गांव तब तक नहीं लौटना चाहते, जब गांव भी शहर ना बन जाए और शहरियों की तरह प्रेम और भाईचारे से ना रहने लगें।
ऐसे लड़ाकू, खूंखार, द्वेष व घृणा से भरे अपराधी प्रवृति के ग्रामीणों वाला गांव मुझे देखने क्यों नहीं मिला बचपन में ?मेरा गांव तो ऐसा बिल्कुल भी नहीं था, जैसा कि पढ़े लिखे लोग बता रहे हैं ?अब लोग कह रहे हैं कि जैसे गाँव की बात मैं कर रहा हूँ, वैसा गाँव कभी था ही नहीं। ऐसे गाँव केवल कल्पनाओं और परिकथाओं में ही मिलते हैं।तो फिर प्रश्न उठता है कि पढ़ने लिखने का लाभ क्या हुआ ?आज अधिकांश गांवों में अधिकांश लोग पढे-लिखे हैं और कई गाँव तो ऐसे भी हैं, जहां से आईएएस, आईपीएस लेवल के अधिकारी निकलते हैं। फिर भी वह गाँव सभ्य, परस्पर सहयोगी क्यों नहीं हो पाया आज तक ?क्यों आज तक गाँव के लोग पशुओं से भी गए गुजरे प्राणियों की तरह जी रहे हैं ?लोग कह रहे हैं कि शहरों के आने के बाद ही लोगों ने सभ्य तरीके से जीना सीखा, प्रेम और सद्भाव से परिचित हुए, उससे पहले सभी लोग परपर लड़ते मरते रहते थे।जब आज तक गाँव के लोग आपस में लड़-मर रहे हैं, तो राम राज्य, कृष्ण राज्य में भी यही कर रहे होंगे ?यानि भारतीय इतिहास में ऐसे गाँव कहीं था ही नहीं जहां परस्पर प्रेम और सौहार्द था। जहां के लोग आपस में मिलजुल कर रहते थे, एक दूसरे के सुख-दुख में काम आते थे ?तो हम यह मान लें कि सरकारें गाँव की भूमि हथिया रही है, आदिवासियों को जंगलों से खदेड़ कर जंगलों को अदानी, अंबानी को बेच रही है, ताकि वहाँ नए कारखाने और शहर बसाये जाएँ, तो गलत नहीं कर रही ?कहीं यही तो कारण नहीं है कि लोग गांवों, आदिवासियों, खेतों और वनों के उजड़ने से दुखी नहीं हैं ।

Why didn’t I get to see such a village in my childhood with villagers full of fighting, dread, hatred, and criminal tendencies? My village was not at all like that, as educated people are telling me. Now people are saying that villages like I am talking about, there was never such a village. Such villages are found only in imagination and fairy tales. Then the question arises what is the benefit of reading and writing? Today most of the people in most of the villages are educated and there are many such villages too, from where IAS and IPS level officers Let’s get out Still why has that village could not become civilized, and mutually cooperative till today? Why today the people of the village are living like animals who have passed away from animals? Learned, and got acquainted with love and harmony, before that all the people used to die fighting each other. When the people of the village are fighting and dying among themselves, then they must be doing the same in Ram Rajya, Krishna Rajya. That means in Indian history There was no such village anywhere where there was mutual love and harmony. Where people used to live in harmony with each other, were helpful in each other’s happiness and sorrow? So let us assume that the governments are grabbing the land of the villages, driving the tribals out of the forests, and selling the forests to Adani, and Ambani so that new factories and cities can be established there, then it is not doing wrong. Is it, not the reason why people are not saddened by the desolation of villages, tribals, fields, and forests?
