जलियांवाला बाग़ हत्याकांड स्मृति दिवस भारत के इतिहास में एक बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण और गहरा दुखद दिन है, जो हर वर्ष 13 अप्रैल को मनाया जाता है. इस दिन 1919 में, अमृतसर के जलियांवाला बाग़ में ब्रिटिश सेना द्वारा हजारों निहत्थे नागरिकों पर गोलियां चलाई गई थीं, वहां बैसाखी के उत्सव के लिए एकत्रित हुए थे. इस घटना का नेतृत्व ब्रिगेडियर जनरल रेजिनाल्ड डायर ने किया था.
