अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा शुल्क दिवस हर वर्ष 26 जनवरी को मनाया जाता है. यह दिन विश्व सीमा शुल्क संगठन (World Customs Organization – WCO) के उद्घाटन सत्र की वर्षगांठ के अवसर पर मनाया जाता है. यह दिन सीमा शुल्क अधिकारियों के महत्वपूर्ण योगदान को स्वीकार करता है जो विश्व व्यापार को सुचारू रूप से चलाने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते हैं.

वर्ष 2023 में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा शुल्क दिवस की थीम थी “अगली पीढ़ी का पोषण: सीमा शुल्क में ज्ञान-साझाकरण और पेशेवर गौरव की संस्कृति को बढ़ावा देना”. इस थीम का उद्देश्य युवा सीमा शुल्क अधिकारियों को प्रेरित करना और उन्हें इस क्षेत्र में केरियर बनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना था. वहीं वर्ष 2024 में अंतर्राष्ट्रीय सीमा शुल्क दिवस की थीम थी “पारंपरिक और नए साझेदारों के साथ सीमा शुल्क की उद्देश्यपूर्ण भागीदारी”. इस थीम के माध्यम से सीमा शुल्क विभाग विभिन्न सरकारी एजेंसियों और अंतर्राष्ट्रीय संगठनों के साथ मिलकर काम करने के महत्व को उजागर करना चाहता था.
