जिनके नींव प्रस्तरों पर हुआ स्वतंत्रता का भवन खड़ा, जिनके बलिदानों की मिट्टी पर है ये राष्ट्र ध्वज गड़ा। हो गए वतन पर न्योछावर देश के अमर सिपाही बने, सदियों तक ना भूलेगा जग इतिहास की अमिट स्याही बने। कर उत्सर्ग जो प्राणों का छोड़ गए अपने निशान, यशोगान कर रहा है उनका आज ये सारा हिंदुस्तान । घोर अंधेरों से गुजरे ये तब पाया हमने उजालों को शत शत है नमन हमारा, इन भारत मां के लालों को। दुश्मन के दांत किए खट्टे, जोश भरी ललकार से, गूंज रहा है यह भूमंडल उनकी जय-जयकार से। चट्टान बनकर ये सैनानी, मौत के सम्मुख खड़े रहे, हार न मानी बाधाओं से कर्तव्य पथ पर अड़े रहे । जान हथेली पर रख कर वो चलते रहे अंगारों पर, आज़ादी का संग्राम लड़ा, चलकर तलवार की धारों पर। कण-कण इस भारत भूमि का, करता कोटि कोटि आभार, झेल यातना और पीड़ाएं खोल गए स्वतंत्रता का द्वार।
