जमुई कोर्ट परिसर से जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार जमुई के तत्वाधान में आज गुरुवार दिनांक 9 नवंबर 2023 को राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा दिवस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया। कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश सह अध्यक्ष जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार जमुई धर्मेंद्र कुमार सिंह के द्वारा जागरूकता रैली को हरी झंडी दिखाकर की गई। इस कार्यक्रम में व्यवहार न्यायालय जमुई के न्यायिक आधिकारियों सहित जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के सचिव राकेश रंजन भी उपस्थित थे जागरूकता रैली ऑक्सफोर्ड पब्लिक स्कूल के बच्चियों के द्वारा आयोजित की गई थी। प्रातः 10:00 बजे रैली को जिला जज ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर विदा किया।रैली विभिन्न जगहों से भ्रमण करते हुए वापस व्यवहार न्यायालय जमुई परिसर में समाप्त हुई। गरीबों को निशुल्क विधिक सहायता और सेवा प्रदान करने के लिए राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा दिवस प्रत्येक 9 नवंबर को मनाया जाता है। विदित हो कि 9 नवम्बर के दिन ही यह कानून पारित हुआ था। बच्चियों ने न्यायालय परिसर में नुक्कड़ नाटक का भी आयोजन किया जिसमें विभिन्न सामाजिक समस्याएं जैसे दहेज प्रथा भ्रूण हत्या महिला की शिक्षा समाज में महिलाओं की उपेक्षा के विषय पर मनमोहक नाटक का प्रदर्शन किया। साथ में यह संदेश भी लोगों को दिया की महिलाओं की उपेक्षा कर हम समाज को विकसित नहीं कर सकते। महिलाओं को कानून के द्वारा क्या अधिकार प्राप्त हैं इसकी जानकारी भी नाटक के माध्यम से दिखाइ गई। कार्यक्रम में प्राविधिक सेवक प्राधिकार कर्मी के अतिरिक्त लीगल एड डिफेंस काउंसिल जमुई के अधिवक्ता गण भी सम्मिलित हुए।

Awareness Campaign…
The National Legal Services Day program was organised today, Thursday, 9 November 2023, under the aegis of District Legal Services Authority, Jamui, from the Jamui Court premises. The program was inaugurated by District and Sessions Judge cum Chairman, District Legal Services Authority, Jamui, Dharmendra Kumar Singh, by flagging off the awareness rally. Judicial officers of the Civil Court, Jamui along with the Secretary of the District Legal Services Authority, Rakesh Ranjan were also present in this program. The girls of Oxford Public School organised the rally. At 10:00 am, the rally was flagged off by the District Judge. The rally travelled from various places and ended back at the Civil Court, Jamui campus. National Legal Services Day is celebrated every 9th November to provide free legal aid and services to the poor. It is to be noted that this law was passed on 9th November itself. The girls also organized a street play in the court premises in which various acts were performed. A fascinating drama was performed on the subject of social problems like the dowry system, feticide, women’s education and the neglect of women in society. Along with this, the message was also given to the people that we cannot develop society by ignoring women. Information about the rights that women have under the law was also shown through the drama. Apart from technical servants and authority personnel, advocates of the Legal Aid Defense Council Jamui also participated in the programme.
