महिला दिवस के अवसर पर मैं आप सभी महिलाओं का स्वागत करती हूँ। अनुसूचित जाति महीला कल्याण सेवा समिति का मेरा मानना है कि हर दिन नारीत्व को समर्पित होना चाहिए लेकिन हम सभी जानते हैं कि यह पुरुषों के लिए अन्यायपूर्ण होगा. अंतर्राष्ट्रीय महिला दिवस वह दिन है जो विशेष रूप से महिलाओं के लिए समर्पित है ताकि हम उनके द्वारा सभी के लिए जबरदस्त प्रयासों की प्रशंसा कर सके. हर किसी के जीवन में एक महिला की उपस्थिति बहुत जरुरी होती है. इस दुनिया में महिलाओं के बिना जीवन संभव नहीं है. प्रत्येक लड़की जिसका जन्म होता है उसे विरासत में महिला की विशेषताएँ मिलती है. महिलाओं में देखभाल, स्नेह, और अंतहीन प्यार करने की विशेष भावनाएं शामिल होती हैं.
हम महिलाओं को महिला होने की ख़ुशी होनी चाहिए. मुझे अपने जीवन में कई बार ऐसा देखने को मिला है कि केवल हम ही हैं जिन्हें बलिदान करना पड़ता है या हमसे जुड़े हुए अन्य लोगों के लिए अपनी भावनाओं और सपनों को छोड़ना पड़ता है लेकिन यह सिर्फ परमेश्वर की शक्ति का परिणाम है. ईश्वर ने स्त्री को अत्यंत स्नेह के प्रतीक के रूप में बनाया है जो न केवल अपने लिए सही जीवन का नेतृत्व करती हैं बल्कि दूसरों के लिए भी सशक्त रूप से मजबूत आधार बनती है.
यही कारण है जिससे हम कह सकते हैं की दिन के 24 घंटे का समय भी महिलाओं के कामों की सराहना या पहचानने के लिए बहुत कम हैं. इस दिन को उस दिन के रूप में निर्दिष्ट किया गया है जो किसी महिला के सामाजिक, आर्थिक, सांस्कृतिक, राजनीतिक और व्यक्तिगत उपलब्धियों को पहचाना जाता है. हम में से हर एक अपनी कमजोरियों को जानने और उन पर काबू पाने के सर्वोत्तम प्रयासों के साथ काम करने के लिए बहुत आश्वस्त है. यह देख कर बहुत अच्छा लगता है कि ‘ टॉप 100 महिला उद्यमियों’, ‘ टॉप 20 महिला सीईओ’, ‘एनजीओ की अगुवाई वाली महिला’ इत्यादि उच्च मान्यता पदों पर महिलाओं की श्रेणियां गिनी जा रही है. महिलाओं की पहचान और कामकाजी शैली बड़ी ऊंचाइयों तक पहुंच रही हैं। आज की चर्चा समानता के लिए भी समर्पित है.
हमें अपने सभी प्रयासों को जारी रखना चाहिए. पुरुषों के मुकाबले महिलाएं किसी भी रूप में कम नहीं है. यह सिर्फ हमारी मानसिकता है और हमारी मानसिकता बदलते ही हमारा ध्यान हमारे अपने कार्यों पर केंद्रित हो जाता है. हमारे कार्य और विचार हमें अपने सपनों की ऊंचाई को हासिल करने के लिए आगे बढ़ने को प्रेरित करती हैं और इसी से दुनिया हमारे कर्मों पर विश्वास करती. मेरे लिए महिला दिवस सिर्फ एक आम दिन है जिससे मुझे यह महसूस होता है कि हमारे द्वारा और हमारे साथ जुड़े सभी अन्य लोगों के लिए हमने पूरे 365 दिनों में कितने प्रयास किए हैं.
प्रत्येक महिला को अपना महत्व समझना चाहिए और उनमें अपनी प्रगति के लिए प्रयास करने का साहस होना चाहिए. पूरे संगठन की तरफ से यहां मौजूद हर महिला को महिला दिवस की शुभकामनाएँ.

On the occasion of Women’s Day, I welcome all of you, women. Scheduled Caste Mahila Kalyan Seva Samiti I believe that every day should be dedicated to womanhood but we all know that it would be unjust to men International Women’s Day is the day which is specially dedicated to women so that we can celebrate all through them Appreciate the tremendous efforts for The presence of a woman is very important in everyone’s life. Life is not possible without women in this world. Every girl who is born inherits the characteristics of a woman. Women include special feelings of care, affection, and endless love.
We, women, should be happy to be women. I have come to see many times in my life that we are the only ones who have to make sacrifices or give up our feelings and dreams for the sake of other people related to us but it is only the result of God’s power. God has created a woman as a symbol of utmost affection who not only leads the right life for herself but also becomes powerfully strong support for others.
This is the reason why we can say that even 24 hours of the day are too short to appreciate or recognize the works of women. The day is designated as the day that recognizes the social, economic, cultural, political, and personal achievements of a woman. Each one of us is very confident in knowing our weaknesses and working with our best efforts to overcome them. It is great to see that categories of women are being counted in high-recognition positions like ‘Top 100 Women Entrepreneurs’, ‘Top 20 Women CEOs’, ‘Women Leading NGOs’, etc. The identity and working style of women are reaching great heights. Today’s discussion is also devoted to equality.
We must continue with all our efforts. Women are not less in any way than men. It is just our mindset and once our mindset changes, our focus becomes focused on our own actions. Our actions and thoughts inspire us to move forward to achieve the height of our dreams and this is how the world believes in our deeds. For me, women’s day is just a normal day which makes me realize how much effort we have put in for the whole 365 days by us and everyone else associated with us.
Every woman should understand their importance and they should have the courage to make efforts for their progress. Happy Women’s Day to every woman presents here on behalf of the entire organization.
