डॉ० विजय कुमार, बिहार मैथमेटिकल सोसायटी के संयोजक सह संयुक्त सचिव सह विभागाध्यक्ष गणित विभाग कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स आर्ट्स एंड साइंस पटना ने बताया कि,बिहार मैथमेटिकल सोसायटी एवं शिक्षा विभाग बिहार सरकार के संयुक्त तत्वाधान में इंस्ट्रक्शनल स्कूल फॉर मैथमेटिकल साइंस के अंतर्गत 1423 छात्रों का आईआईटी पटना में आवासीय प्रशिक्षण दिया जा रहा है.
डॉ० कुमार, विभागाध्यक्ष गणित विभाग कॉलेज ऑफ कॉमर्स आर्ट्स एंड साइंस पटना ने आवासीय प्रशिक्षण के पांचवें दिन बच्चो को डिटरमिनेंट एवं मेट्रिक्स पर परिचर्चा के अतिरिक्त गणित की बुनियादी बातों पर अच्छी पकड़ करने के लिए परीक्षा पैटर्न, गणित के पाठ्यक्रम को जाने, सूत्र याद रखें, स्टडी शेड्यूल बनाएं, समूह में पढ़ाई करें एवं शिक्षकों से मार्गदर्शन प्राप्त कर अच्छे अंक प्राप्त कर सकते हैं इसके बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा किया गया वहीँ, प्रो० मृत्युंजय कुमार,आईआईटी आईएसएम धनबाद ने छात्रों को बताया कि गणित में किसी फलन का सीमा का उपयोग निरंतरता अभिन्न और डेरिवेटिव को परिभाषित करने के लिए किया जाता है. प्रो० राजकुमार मिस्त्री, आईआईटी भिलाई ने परिमेय संख्या पूर्णांक संख्या एवं वास्तविक संख्या क्या होती ही और इसका उपयोग कैसे किया जाता है उसके बारे में विस्तार से चर्चा की.
डॉ० प्रशांत कुमार श्रीवास्तव विभागाध्यक्ष गणित विभाग आईआईटी पटना ने फन ऑफ मैथमेटिक्स के द्वारा कैसे सरल तरीके से गणित को कैसे हल किया जा सकता है उसके बारे में चर्चा की. प्रो० जी.के. श्रीनिवासन आईआईटी मुंबई ने बताया कि ट्रिगोनोमेट्रिकल पैटर्न को साइन फंक्शन के माध्यम से कंप्यूटर के द्वारा ध्वनि तरंगें संगीत तथा अन्य विधाओं के बारे में विस्तार से जानकारी दी साथ ही, सुंदरकांड चौधरी ने छात्रों को गणित के अभिरुचि पैदा कैसे हो इसके बारे में प्रोत्साहित भी किया.

Srinivasan IIT Mumbai told that trigonometrical patterns through sine function gave detailed information about sound waves, music, and other modes by computer. Along with this, Sunderkand Chowdhary also encouraged students how to develop an interest in mathematics.
