Mole – chemical unit for number mass and volume

Collection f number 6.022 x 1023
Particles of any substance are called one mole
One mole = 6.022 x 1023 particles
= Avogadro number
One mole = 602 200 000 000 000 000
Number of moles = no of particles given / 6.022 x 1023
( 1 ) Calculate the no of moles in 6.022 x 1025 particles
Ans. – no of mole = 6. 022 x 1025 / 6.022 x 1023 =100
6.022 x 1023particles = 1 mole
6.022 x1023 = 100 mole

Weight of 6.022 x 1023particles of any substance in gm is called one mole
One mole Na = 23gm
One mole Ca = 40gm
