राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस

आज पुरे देश में राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस मनाया जा रहा है. बताते चलें कि, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग का गठन भारतीय संविधान के लागू होने से एक दिन पहले 25 जनवरी 1950 को हुआ था चुकिं, 26 जनवरी 1950 को भारत एक गणतांत्रिक देश बनने वाला था.

देश की आजादी के बाद देश को सुचारू रूप से चलाने के लिए चुनाव करना जरूरी था इन्ही सब कारणों के कारण निर्वाचन आयोग का गठन 25 जनवरी 1950 को किया गया था. भारत में जितने भी चुनाव होते हैं, उनको निष्पक्षता से संपन्न कराने की जिम्मेदारी ‘भारत निर्वाचन आयोग’ की होती है. प्रत्येक व्यक्ति का वोट ही देश के भावी भविष्य की नींव रखता है. इसीलिए 25 जनवरी को भारत के प्रत्येक नागरिक को अपने राष्ट्र के प्रत्येक चुनाव में भागीदारी की शपथ लेनी चाहिए.

बताते चलें कि, चुनाव आयोग के 61वें स्थापना वर्ष पर तत्कालीन राष्ट्रपति प्रतिभा देवी सिंह पाटिल ने ‘राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस’ का शुभारंभ किया था. राष्ट्रीय मतदाता दिवस दिवस मनाने का मुख्य उदेश्य यह है कि, देश भर के सभी मतदान केंद्र वाले क्षेत्रों में प्रत्येक वर्ष उन सभी पात्र मतदाताओं की पहचान की जाएगी, जिनकी उम्र एक जनवरी को 18 वर्ष हो चुकी होगी. 18 वर्ष या उससे अधिक उम्र के नए मतदाताओं के नाम मतदाता सूची में दर्ज किए जाएंगे और उन्हें निर्वाचन फोटो पहचान पत्र सौंपे जाएंगे.

वर्तमान समय के भारत में युवाओं की संख्या सबसे ज्यादा है. आज देश के युवा चुनाव से दूर ही रहना पसंद करते हैं जबकि, देश में हर 05वें साल मतदान की प्रक्रिया होती है. कहा जाता है कि, आम आदमी का एक वोट से सरकारें बदल जाती है. हम सबका एक वोट ही एक अच्छा प्रतिनिधि भी चुन सकता है अगर बेकार या यूँ कहें कि, खराब प्रतिनिधि चने जाने के बाद सांप्रदायिकता और जातिवाद की आग में झुलसना पड़ता है साथ ही देश की विकास और तरक्की के पथ से दूर होना पड़ता है.

वर्तमान समय के भारत में युवाओं, महिलाओं और बुजुर्गों को आज 25 जनवरी को शपथ लेनी चाहिए कि वे देश की स्वतंत्र, निष्पक्ष और शांतिपूर्ण चुनाव कराने की लोकतांत्रिक परम्परा को बरकरार रखेंगे साथ ही चुनाव में धर्म, नस्ल, जाति, समुदाय, भाषा आधार पर प्रभावित हुए बिना निर्भीक होकर मतदान करेंगे.

देश में हर 05वें साल मतदान की प्रक्रिया होती है और हम सभी शपथ की बातों को भूलकर साम्प्रदायिक, जातिवाद और भाषायी आधार पर वोट देते हैं. जिसका एक बड़ा उदाहरण वर्तमान समय में देश के युवाओं के पास रोजगार नहीं है करोड़ो पढ़े–लिखे युवा बेकार है उनके पास किसी तरह का कोई काम नहीं है. चुकिं हम सभी हर बार एक ही गलती करते है और खामियाजा खुद ही भुगतते है.

National Voters Day

Today, National Voters’ Day is being celebrated all over the country. Let us tell that the Election Commission of India was formed on 25 January 1950, a day before the implementation of the Indian Constitution, but on 26 January 1950, India was about to become a republican country.

After the independence of the country, elections were necessary to run the country smoothly, due to all these reasons, the Election Commission was formed on 25 January 1950. All the elections that are held in India, it is the responsibility of ‘The Election Commission of India’ to conduct fairly. Each person’s vote lays the foundation for the future of the country. That’s why every citizen of India should take the oath of participation in every election of his nation on 25th January.

Let us tell that, on the 61st year of the establishment of the Election Commission, then President Pratibha Devi Singh Patil inaugurated ‘National Voter’s Day’. The main purpose of celebrating National Voters’ Day is that every year in all the polling booth areas across the country, all those eligible voters will be identified, who would have turned 18 years of age on January 1. The names of new voters who are 18 years of age or older will be entered into the voter list and will be handed over election photo identity cards.

At present India has the largest number of youth. Today, the youth of the country prefer to stay away from the elections, while the process of voting takes place every 05 years in the country. It is said that governments can be changed by one vote of the common man. Only one vote of all of us can elect a good representative even if a useless or to say the least, after electing a bad representative, one has to burn in the fire of communalism and casteism and also has to stay away from the path of development and progress of the country.

In present-day India, youth, women, and elders should take oath today on 25th January that they will uphold the democratic tradition of conducting free, fair, and peaceful elections in the country as well as on the basis of religion, race, caste, community, and language. Will vote fearlessly without being influenced.

The voting process takes place every 05 years in the country and we all forget the oath and vote on the basis of communal, casteism, and language. A great example of this, at present, the youth of the country do not have employment, crores of educated youth are useless, and they do not have any kind of work. Because we all commit the same mistake every time and suffer the consequences ourselves.
