अनादी काल से भगवान कृष्ण जनमानस के लिए जीवन दर्शन प्रस्तुत कर रहे हैं. जन्माष्टमी भारत में ही नहीं पुरे विश्व में मनाई जाती है. भगवान कृष्ण का जन्म भादों महीने के अष्टमी की अर्द्ध रात्री में हुआ था. उनके जन्म लेने का या यूँ कहें कि, पृथ्वी पर अवतरित होने का मूल कारण था अत्याचारियों और पापियों का अंत करना. जन्माष्टमी के मौके पर पुरे देश में हर्षोल्लास होता है. मन्दिरों को सजाया जाता है और पूरा देश कृष्णमय हो जाता है.
इस दिन लोग बाल-गोपाल के लिए तरह-तरह की खरीदारी करते है और शाम में उन्हें नहलाते-धुलाते व सजाते है. उसके बाद कन्हैया के आगमन की तैयारियों में व्यस्त हो जाते है रात्री के 12 बजे प्रभु धरती पर अवतरित होते हैं या यूँ कहें कि बाल-गोपाल का जन्म होता है.
“आनंद उमंग भयो जय हो नन्द लाल की, नन्द के आनंद भयो जय कन्हिया लाल की.
बृज में आनंद भयो जय यशोदा लाल की, हाथी घोड़ा पालकी जय कन्हिया लाल की ”.
भारतीय फिल्म संसार यानी वालीवूड भी कृष्ण की मोहक छवि से ने आप को दूर नहीं कर पाई. वालीवूड ने भी वर्तमान समय तक भगवान कृष्ण के मनमोहक छवि और नटखट अंदाज को बड़े ही अनोखे अंदाज में फिल्माया है. भगवान कृष्ण पर कई ऐसे गाने हैं जो आज तक उतने ही सुरीले व मीठे लगते है. लोग बरबस उनके मनमोहक गानों को गुनगुनाने के लिए विवश रहते हैं.
“यशोमती मैया से बोले नन्द लाला, राधा क्यूँ गोरी मै क्यूँ काला. बोली मुस्काती मैया, ललन को बताया, काली अँधेरी रात को तू आया. लाडला कन्हीया मेरा काली कमली वाला, इसीलिए काला.”
भगवान कृष्ण के धरती पर अवतरित होने के बाद उनके जीवन में हुई घटनाओं का संबंध मानव जीवन से होता है. भगवान कृष्ण ने मथुरा के कारागृह में देवकी और वसुदेव की आठवीं सन्तान के रूप में अवतरित होते हैं लेकिन, उनका लालन-पालन गोकुल में हुआ. वहां उनके माता-पिता यशोदा और नन्द थे. बचपन से बाल्याकाल की अवस्था में उन्होंने गोकुल में ही ग्वाल-बालों के साथ बिताया.
“ बड़ा नटखट है रे कृष्ण कन्हैया, का करे यशोदा मैया. ढूंढे री अखियाँ उसे चहुँ ओर, जाने कहां गया नन्द किशोर, उड़ गया जैसे पुरवय्या ”…
बालक रूप में भगवान माखन की चोरी करते है खुद भी खाते और साथी ग्वाल-वाल को भी खिलाते हैं. ग्वालिने भी कृष्ण की शिकायत लेकर बार-बार यशोदा के पास जाती हैं. एक दिन माँ यशोदा ने कृष्ण से पूछा कि, कन्हैया तूने माखन चोरी की है…? तब कृष्ण बड़े ही मासूमियत से कहते हैं कि,
मैया, मै नहिं माखन खायो. ख्याल परे ये सखा सबै मिलि मेरे मुख लपटायो. देखि तुही छींके पर भाजन ऊँचे धरि लटकायो.
कृष्ण के मुरली की तान से ग्वाल-ग्वालिने के साथ-साथ पशु-पछीं, जीव-जन्तु भी मंत्र-मुग्ध हो जाते थे और अपना काम-धाम छोडकर घंटों खोये रहते थे उन्हें अपने सुध-बुध की होश ही नहीं रहती थी.
“श्याम तेरी बंसी पुकारे राधा नाम लोग करे मीरा को यूँ ही बदनाम….
सांवरे की बंसी को बजने से काम, राधा का भी श्याम वो तो मीरा का भी श्याम “….
जब कृष्ण अपने दोस्तों के साथ गाय चराने जाते और उन्हें वापस आने में देर होती तो गोपियाँ परेशान हो जाया करती थी…
“ बड़ी देर भई नंदलाला, तेरी राह तके बृजबाला, ग्वालबाल ईक-ईक से पूछे कहां है मुरलीवाला रे, कोई ना जाएं कुंज गली में तुझ बिन कलिया चुनने को, तरस रहे जमुना के तट धुन मुरली सुनने को, अब तो दर्श दिखा दे नटखट क्यों दुविधा में डाला रे ”…
वालीवूड में पहले भी कृष्ण के आधारित कोई न कोई गाने रहते थे और वर्तमान समय में भी कृष्ण आधारित भजन फिल्माए ही जाते हैं जिसके संगीत बड़े ही मधुर होते हैं जैसे:-

- चाँद की डाल पर…
- राधा कैसे ना जले…
- गो गो गोविंदा…
- ओ पालन हारे, निर्गुण और न्यारे तुम्हरे बिन हमरो कोनों नाहीं…

Gokulashtami….
Since time immemorial, Lord Krishna has been presenting the philosophy of life to the public. Janmashtami is celebrated not only in India but all over the world. Lord Krishna was born on the midnight of Ashtami of Bhadon month. The main reason for his birth or rather, for his incarnation on earth was to end the oppressors and sinners. On the occasion of Janmashtami, there is great enthusiasm in the whole country. Temples are decorated and the entire country becomes black.
On this day people make various types of purchases for Bal Gopal and in the evening, they bathe, wash, and decorate them. After that, they get busy in preparations for the arrival of Kanhaiya, at 12 o’clock in the night, the Lord descends on the earth, or rather, Bal-Gopal is born.
“Anand umang bhayo jai ho Nand Lal ki, Nand ke anand bhayo jai Kanhiya Lal ki.
Brij main Anand bhayo Jai Yashoda Lal ki, elephant horse palanquin Jai Kanhiya Lal”.
Even the Indian film world i.e. Bollywood could not distance you from the charming image of Krishna. Bollywood has also filmed Lord Krishna’s adorable image and mischievous style in a very unique way till the present time. There are many such songs by Lord Krishna which still sound melodious and sweet. People are bound to hum their mesmerizing songs.
“Yashomatee maiya se bole nand laala, raadha kyoon goree main kyoon kaala. bolee muskatee maiya, lalan ko bataaya, kaalee andheree raat ko too aaya. laadala kanheeya mera kaalee kamalee kaala, ksee karah kaala.”
The events that happened in Lord Krishna’s life after his incarnation on earth are related to human life. Lord Krishna incarnated as the eighth child of Devaki and Vasudev in the prison of Mathura but, he was brought up in Gokul. There his parents were Yashoda and Nand. Since childhood, he spent his childhood with the cowherd boys in Gokul.
“Bada natakhat hai laal krshn, ka kare yashoda maiya.” khoje ree akhiyaan use chahun or, jaane kahaan gaee nand kishoree, ud gaee jaise puravaaya…
God steals butter in the form of a child, eats it himself, and also feeds it to his fellow cowherds. The cowherds also go to Yashoda again and again complaining of Krishna. One day Mother Yashoda asked Krishna, Kanhaiya, have you stolen butter…? Then Krishna says very innocently,
Maiya, main nahin maakhan khaayo. sabase pahale ye sakha sabai mili mere mukh lapetayo. dekh tuheen sapane par bhajan unche dhari phaangayo.
Along with the cowherds and cowherds, animals, birds, and animals also got mesmerized by the sound of Krishna’s flute and they used to leave their work and remain lost for hours; they were not conscious of their senses.
