शुक्रवार को भारत रत्न एवं संविधान निर्माता बाबा साहब डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर की 132 वी जयंती के उपलक्ष्य पर “अनुसूचित जाति महिला कल्याण सेवा समिति व केकेएम कॉलेज स्थित अंबेडकर कल्याण छात्रावास ” के परिसंवाद हॉल में (अनुसूचित जाति एवं जनजाति कल्याण विभाग पटना, बिहार के निर्देश पर) वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य में डॉ अंबेडकर के विचारों की प्रासंगिकता विषय पर एक परिचर्चा का आयोजन किया गया. इस परिचर्चा की अध्यक्षता छात्रावास अधीक्षक डॉ. प्रो. देवेंद्र कुमार गोयल ने की.
इस परिचर्चा के मुख्य अतिथि अंचलाधिकारी सुजीत कुमार ने कहा कि बाबा साहब डॉ.भीमराव अंबेडकर भारत के महान पुरुष के साथ-साथ संविधान निर्माता भी थे.उन्होंने कहा कि, वर्ष 1991 में केंद्र सरकार द्वारा भारत रत्न से सम्मानित कर उनके प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की गई थी. उन्होंने संविधान के माध्यम से हमारे लिए जिन अधिकार और कर्तव्यों को प्रदान किया है. उसका अक्षरश:पालन किया जाए तो इंसान स्वयं के विकास के साथ-साथ राष्ट्र का विकास कर सकता है. बाबा साहब डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर विश्व समाज के लिए प्रेरणा स्रोत हैं. उनके विचार और सिद्धांत वर्तमान परिप्रेक्ष्य में भी प्रासंगिक और उपादेय है. अंचलाधिकारी ने कहा कि, छात्रों को बाबासाहेब के बताएं रास्ते पर चलना चाहिए और विचारों को आत्मसात करने की आवश्यकता है.
इस परिचर्चा के मुख्य वक्ता डॉ. (प्रो.) गौरी शंकर पासवान विभागाध्यक्ष(अर्थशास्त्र विभाग) ने कहा कि भारत रत्न बाबा साहब डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर विश्व के महान राजनीतिज्ञ और विधिज्ञ ही नहीं बल्कि महान अर्थशास्त्री भी थे. उनकी युगदृष्टि, दूरदृष्टि एवं क्रांतिकारी विचारों का भारत सदा ही ऋणी रहेगा. राष्ट्र निर्माण में डॉ.आंबेडकर की महती भूमिका रही है. विभागाध्यक्ष डॉ. पासवान ने कहा कि,सामाजिक समरसता कायम करने एवं जाति भेदभाव रहित समाज की स्थापना में उनका अविस्मरणीय योगदान रहा है.
उन्होंने कहा कि, डॉ. अंबेडकर भारतीय समाज के लिए क्रांति दूत भी थे. एक ऐसा क्रांति दूत जिसने भारतीय समाज को एक नई दिशा है. प्रो. पासवान ने आगे कहा कि, डॉ अंबेडकर के सामाजिक न्याय का लक्ष्य आज भी अधूरा है. हम स्वतंत्रता के 75 वां अमृत महोत्सव मना रहे हैं. लेकिन, हमें खेद है कि इतनी लंबी अवधि के बाद भी शिक्षा, नौकरी, न्यायपालिका, पुलिस, सेना मे वंचित और अंतिम व्यक्ति का प्रतिनिधित्व उनकी आबादी के प्रतिशत के अनुपात में नहीं है.
वहीँ, प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी बादल कुमार ने कहा कि, बाबा साहब डॉ अंबेडकर सामाजिक क्रांति के पुरोधा थे. विश्व स्तर के बुद्धिमान, विधि मर्मज्ञ और स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे. प्रखंड विकास पदाधिकारी कुमार ने कहा कि, वे दलितों पिछड़ों और कमजोर वर्ग के अधिकारों के लिए आजीवन लड़ते रहे. आज के छात्रों और युवाओं को उनसे प्रेरणा और सीख लेने की जरूरत है. के के एम कॉलेज के अर्थविद प्रो. सरदार राय ने कहा कि डॉ आंबेडकर विश्वरत्न थे। वे राष्ट्र निर्माता निर्माता थे. उनके दर्शन और विचारों के केंद्र में सिर्फ उपेक्षित कमजोर मानव का कल्याण करना था। उनके आर्थिक सामाजिक विचार आज भी प्रासंगिक हैं.
छात्रावास अधीक्षक डॉ. देवेंद्र कुमार गोयल ने कहा कि बाबा साहब डॉ भीमराव अंबेडकर आधुनिक भारत के निर्माता थे. उनके प्रगतिशील विचारों का सबसे प्रत्यक्ष उदाहरण भारतीय संविधान है. तत्कालीन समय का सबसे प्रोग्रेसिव कंस्टीटूशन बना कर गैर बराबरी आधारित सामाजिक ढांचे को नष्ट किया और एक समतामूलक समाज की स्थापना के स्वप्न को साकार किया था. भारतीय संविधान प्राथमिक रूप से सामाजिक स्वप्न को समर्पित एक महान दस्तावेज है.
वहीँ, दिनेश मंडल(प्रधानाध्यापक, शाहपुर) ने कहा कि अंबेडकर साहब स्वतंत्रता सेनानी और सामाजिक क्रांति के अग्रदूत थे. उन्होंने कहा कि, आजादी के 75 वर्षों के बाद भी “एक व्यक्ति, एक वोट, एवं एक मूल्य के सिद्धांत” भी प्रासंगिक है. उनके आदर्शों सिद्धांतों और विचारों को वर्तमान पीढ़ी को अमल में लाना चाहिए.
अनुसूचित जाति महिला कल्याण सेवा समिति के सचिव प्रभाकर कुमार ने बाबा साहेब की 132 वी जयंती पर ‘ बाबा साहेब को’ याद करते हुए कहा कि, संविधान के निर्माता, दलितों के मसीहा और मानवाधिकार आंदोलन के प्रकांड विधाता डॉ. भीमराव अंबेडकर का जन्म दिवस हर साल 14 अप्रैल को मनाया जाता है.बाब साहेब निचले तबके से तालुक रखते थे. बचपन से ही सामिजिक भेदभाव का शिकार हुए.महिलाओं को सश्क्क्त बनाने में अपने अहम योगदान दिए.

The chief guest of the discussion, Zonal Officer Sujit Kumar said that Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was a great man of India as well as the creator of the Constitution. was done. The rights and duties they have provided for us through the Constitution. If it is followed literally, a person can develop the nation along with his own development. Baba Saheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar is a source of inspiration for the world society. His thoughts and principles are relevant and praiseworthy even in the present context. Circle officer said that students should follow the path shown by Babasaheb and there is a need to imbibe the ideas.
The main speaker of this discussion, Dr. (Prof.) Gauri Shankar Paswan, Head of Department (Department of Economics) said that Bharat Ratna Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was not only the world’s great politician and jurist but also a great economist. India will always be indebted to his vision, vision, and revolutionary thoughts. Dr. Ambedkar has played an important role in nation-building. Head of the Department Dr. Paswan said that his contribution has been unforgettable in maintaining social harmony and establishing a society without caste discrimination.
He said that Dr. Ambedkar was also an ambassador of revolution for Indian society. Such a revolutionary ambassador who has given a new direction to Indian society. Pro. Paswan further said that Dr. Ambedkar’s goal of social justice is still incomplete. We are celebrating the 75th Amrit Mahotsav of Independence. But, we are sorry that even after such a long period, the representation of the underprivileged and the last person in education, job, judiciary, police, and the army is not in proportion to the percentage of their population.
On the other hand, Block Development Officer Badal Kumar said that Babasaheb Dr. Ambedkar was the pioneer of social revolution. He was a world-class intellectual, methodical, and a freedom fighter. Block Development Officer Kumar said that he kept fighting for the rights of Dalits, backward and weaker sections throughout his life. Today’s students and youth need inspiration and learning from him. KKM College Economist Prof. Sardar Rai said that Dr. Ambedkar was a Vishwaratna. He was a nation-builder. At the center of his philosophy and thoughts was the welfare of only the neglected weak human beings. His economic and social views are relevant even today.
Hostel Superintendent Dr. Devendra Kumar Goyal said that Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar was the creator of modern India. The most visible example of his progressive thoughts is the Indian Constitution. By creating the most progressive constitution of that time, destroyed the non-equality-based social structure and realized the dream of establishing an egalitarian society. The Indian Constitution is primarily a great document dedicated to the social dream.
Wherein, Dinesh Mandal (Principal, Shahpur) said that Ambedkar was a freedom fighter and pioneer of social revolution. He said that even after 75 years of independence, the principle of “one person, one vote, and one value” is still relevant. His ideals, principles, and thoughts should be implemented by the present generation.
Remembering ‘Baba Saheb’ on the 132nd birth anniversary of Baba Saheb, Secretary of the Scheduled Caste Women’s Welfare Service Committee, said that the birthday of Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the architect of the Constitution, the messiah of Dalits and the founder of the human rights movement, is celebrated every year. The year is celebrated on 14th April. Babasaheb used to belong to the lower class. He was a victim of social discrimination since childhood. He made important contributions to empowering women.
