चैत नवरात्रि

चैत्र नवरात्रि जिसे वसंत नवरात्रि भी कहा जाता है. हिन्दू कैलेंडर के अनुसार चैत्र मास (मार्च-अप्रैल) में मनाई जाने वाली एक महत्वपूर्ण हिन्दू त्योहार है. यह त्योहार देवी दुर्गा के नौ रूपों की पूजा और सम्मान में मनाया जाता है. नवरात्रि का शाब्दिक अर्थ है ‘नौ रातें’, और इस अवधि में, भक्त व्रत रखते हैं, मंदिरों में जाते हैं, और घरों में पूजा अर्चना करते हैं. इस दौरान देवी दुर्गा की मूर्तियों और प्रतीकों की विशेष पूजा की जाती है.

नवरात्रि के पहले तीन दिन देवी दुर्गा, अगले तीन दिन देवी लक्ष्मी, और अंतिम तीन दिन देवी सरस्वती की पूजा के लिए समर्पित होते हैं. इस समय के दौरान, भक्तों द्वारा उपवास रखा जाता है साथ ही  देवी के विभिन्न रूपों की पूजा की जाती है. इस त्योहार का समापन रामनवमी के दिन होता है जो भगवान राम के जन्म का प्रतीक है. चैत्र नवरात्रि के दौरान कई लोग जवारा बोते हैं. यह नवीन जीवन और वृद्धि का प्रतीक है.

Chait Navratri

Chaitra Navratri which is also called Vasant Navratri. It is an important Hindu festival celebrated in Chaitra month (March-April) according to the Hindu calendar. This festival is celebrated to worship and honor the nine forms of Goddess Durga. Navratri means ‘nine nights’, and during this period, devotees observe fasts, visit temples, and offer prayers at home. During this time, special worship of the idols and symbols of Goddess Durga is done.

The first three days of Navratri are dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga, the next three days to Goddess Lakshmi, and the last three days to Goddess Saraswati. During this time, fast is observed by the devotees and various forms of the goddess are worshipped. This festival culminates on the day of Ram Navami which marks the birth of Lord Rama. Many people sow Jawar during Chaitra Navratri. It is a symbol of new life and growth.
