Coast Guard Day is celebrated every year on 01 February. Let us tell you that the Indian Coast Guard was established on 1 February 1977. This day is dedicated to those brave soldiers who devote their lives to serving the country without caring for their own lives.
Coast Guard services are responsible for the safety and security of maritime areas in various countries and are capable of preventing maritime accidents. On the occasion of Coast Guard Day, various events and programs are organized in which the life, work, and contributions of the Army Coast Guard are fondly remembered.
The day is an occasion to recognize the bravery and dedication of Coast Guard service members and to thank them for their services.
