जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार जमुई के तत्वावधान में जिले के कल्याणपुर गांव के उत्क्रमित मध्य विद्यालय वार्ड संख्या 21 में विधिक जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन किया गया. जागरूकता शिविर का आयोजन जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार के पैनल अधिवक्ता श्री प्रसादी शाह एवं पारा विधिक सेवक श्रीमती स्मिता कुमारी के द्वारा किया गया.
कार्यक्रम में हमारे पर्यावरण को संरक्षित करने तथा एक बेहतर कल के निर्माण के लिए विधिक साक्षरता शिविर था. पैनल अधिवक्ता प्रसादी शाह ने कहा कि आज की आधुनिक युग में वातावरण विशेष कर हवा जो हमारे प्राण वायु है मैं प्रदूषण की मात्रा काफी अधिक बढ़ गई है जिससे अनेक तरह के स्वास्थ्य संकट देखे जा रहे हैं. विशेष कर महानगरों में हवा सांस लेने लायक नहीं रह गई है प्रदूषण की मात्रा इतनी खतरनाक स्तर तक पहुंच गई है.आने वाले भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने एवं अपने आने वाले पीढ़ी को एक स्वच्छ वातावरण प्रदान करना हम सब की जिम्मेदारी है.
राष्ट्रीय विधिक सेवा प्राधिकरण नई दिल्ली ने इसी समस्या को ध्यान में रखकर पर्यावरण को संरक्षित करने के लिए एक मुहिम की शुरुआत की है. पर्यावरण को संरक्षित करने का संकल्प हमें ग्रासरूट स्तर पर लेना पड़ेगा तथा वातावरण को प्रदूषण से बचना होगा. आजकल ऐसे वाहन आ गए हैं जो विद्युत से चलते हैं तथा गैस से चलते हैं जिससे प्रदूषण ना मात्र होता है. हम छोटे यात्रा के लिए वाहनों का काम से कम इस्तेमाल करें छोटी दूरी के लिए साइकिल का इस्तेमाल कर सकते हैं.
कार पूल कर भी तेल एवं प्रदूषण से वातावरण को बचाया जा सकता है. कचरे का बेहतर प्रबंध कर मृदा एवं जल अशुद्धि से वातावरण को बचाया जा सकता है. यदि हम आज सजग होंगे तभी कल हमारा वातावरण एवं नहीं पीढ़ी सुरक्षित रह पाएगी.
इसके अतिरिक्त जिला विधिक सेवा प्राधिकार द्वारा आम जनों के लिए चलाए जा रहे निशुल्क विधिक सेवा के विषय में भी लोगों को जानकारी दी गई. कार्य स्थल पर महिलाओं के साथ लैंगिक उत्पीड़न के विषय पर लोगों को जानकारी दी गई. उन्होंने कहा कि समाज में महिला को समुचित इज्जत देकर ही हम अपने कार्यस्थल का माहौल बेहतर बना सकते हैं. महिलाओं के प्रति हमें अपने रूढ़ीगत सोच को बदलना होगा तथा उनके साथ मिलकर देश की तरक्की में सहयोग करना होगा तभी हमारा समाज आगे बढ़ेगा.
कार्यक्रम में वार्ड संख्या 21 के वार्ड सदस्य कुलदीप यादव के साथ अनेक ग्रामीण उपस्थित थे जिन्होंने कार्यक्रम को सफल बनाने में अपना यथोचित सहयोग दिया.

Awareness Camp…
Under the aegis of the District Legal Services Authority, Jamui, a legal awareness camp was organized at the Upgraded Middle School, Ward No. 21, in Kalyanpur village of the district. The awareness camp was conducted by Mr. Prasadi Shah, panel advocate of the District Legal Services Authority, and Para Legal Volunteer Mrs. Smita Kumari.
The program was a legal literacy camp aimed at preserving our environment and building a better future. Panel advocate Prasadi Shah said that in today’s modern era, the amount of pollution in the environment, especially in the air, which is our life-giving element, has increased significantly, leading to various health problems. Especially in metropolitan cities, the air has become unbreathable; the level of pollution has reached a dangerously high level. It is our responsibility to secure the future and provide a clean environment for our future generations.
The National Legal Services Authority, New Delhi, has launched a campaign to protect the environment, keeping this problem in mind. We need to take a pledge to protect the environment at the grassroots level and save the environment from pollution. Nowadays, vehicles that run on electricity and gas are available, which cause minimal pollution. We should minimize the use of vehicles for short journeys and use bicycles for short distances.
Carpooling can also help save fuel and reduce pollution. Better waste management can protect the environment from soil and water pollution. Only if we are vigilant today will our environment and future generations be safe tomorrow.
In addition, people were also informed about the free legal services being provided to the general public by the District Legal Services Authority. People were also informed about the issue of sexual harassment of women at the workplace. He said that we can improve the work environment only by giving women due respect in society. We need to change our traditional mindset towards women and work together with them to contribute to the progress of the country; only then will our society move forward. The program was attended by Ward No. 21 ward member Kuldeep Yadav and many villagers who provided their full support in making the program a success.
