सुन्दरकाण्ड-13.

…श्रीरामजी का बानरो की सेना के साथ चलकर समुन्द्र तट पर पहुँचना…

दोहा :-

कपिपति बेगि बोलाए आए जूथप जूथ।

नाना बरन अतुल बल बानर भालु बरूथ ।।

वाल्व्याससुमनजी महाराज श्लोक का अर्थ बताते हुए कहते है कि, वानरराज सुग्रीव ने शीघ्र ही वानरो को बुलाया, सेनापतियों के समूह आ गए. वानर-भालुओ के झुंड अनेक रंगो के है और उनमे अतुलनीय बल है.

चौपाई :-

प्रभु पद पंकज नावहिं सीसा। गरजहिं भालु महाबल कीसा।।

देखी राम सकल कपि सेना। चितइ कृपा करि राजिव नैना ।।

श्लोक का अर्थ बताते हुए महाराज जी कहते है कि, वे प्रभु के चरण कमलो मे सिर नवाते है. महान् बलवान् रीछ और वानर गरज रहे है. श्रीरामजी ने वानरों की सारी सेना देखी . तब कमल नेत्रो से कृपापूर्वक उनकी ओर दृष्टि डाली.

राम कृपा बल पाइ कपिंदा। भए पच्छजुत मनहुँ गिरिंदा।।

हरषि राम तब कीन्ह पयाना। सगुन भए सुंदर सुभ नाना ।।

श्लोक का अर्थ बताते हुए महाराज जी कहते है कि, राम कृपा का बल पाकर श्रेष्ठ वानर मानो पंखवाले बड़े पर्वत हो गए. तब श्रीरामजी ने हर्षित होकर प्रस्थान किया. रास्ते में अनेकों सुन्दर और शुभ शकुन हुए.

जासु सकल मंगलमय कीती। तासु पयान सगुन यह नीती।।

प्रभु पयान जाना बैदेहीं। फरकि बाम अँग जनु कहि देहीं ।।

श्लोक का अर्थ बताते हुए महाराज जी कहते है कि, जिनकी कीर्ति सब मंगलो से पूर्ण है  उनके प्रस्थान के समय शकुन होना, यह नीति है. प्रभु का प्रस्थान जानकीजी ने भी जान लिया. उनके बाएँ अंग फड़क-फड़ककर मानो कहे देते थे कि श्रीरामचन्द्र जी आ रहे है.

जोइ जोइ सगुन जानकिहि होई। असगुन भयउ रावनहि सोई।।

चला कटकु को बरनैं पारा। गर्जहि बानर भालू अपारा ।।

श्लोक का अर्थ बताते हुए महाराज जी कहते है कि, जानकी जी को जो-जो शकुन होते थे, वही-वही रावण के लिए अपशकुन हो रहे थे. सेना चली, जिसका वर्णन कौन कर सकता है? असंख्य वानर और भालू गर्जना कर रहे है.

नख आयुध गिरि पादपधारी। चले गगन महि इच्छाचारी।।

केहरिनाद भालू कपि करहीं। डगमगाहिं दिग्गज चिक्करहीं ।।

श्लोक का अर्थ बताते हुए महाराज जी कहते है कि, नख ही जिनके शस्त्र है, वे इच्छानुसार चलने वाले रीछ-वानर पर्वतों और वृक्षों को धारण किए कोई आकाश मार्ग से और कोई पृथ्वी पर चले जा रहे है. वे सिंह के समान गर्जना कर रहे है. उनके चलने और गर्जन से विभिन्न दिशाओं के हाथी विचलित होकर चिंग्घाड़ रहे है.

Explaining the meaning of the verse, Valvyassuman ji Maharaj says that the monkey king Sugriva soon called the monkeys and groups of generals arrived. Herds of monkeys and bears are of many colours and have incomparable strength.

Explaining the meaning of the verse, Maharaj Ji says that they bow their heads at the lotus feet of the Lord. Great strong bears and monkeys are roaring. Shri Ramji saw the entire army of monkeys. Then he looked at them kindly with lotus eyes.

Explaining the meaning of the verse, Maharaj ji says that by getting the power of Ram’s grace, it is as if the great monkeys have become big mountains with wings. Then Shri Ramji left happily. Many beautiful and auspicious omens occurred on the way.

Prabhu Payaan Jaana BaideheenPharaki Baam Ang Janu Kahi Deheen ।।

Explaining the meaning of the verse, Maharaj ji says that it is a policy to have omens at the time of departure of those whose fame is full of all auspicious things. Janakiji also came to know about the departure of the Lord. His left limbs fluttered as if to say that Shri Ramchandraji was coming.

Chala Kataku Ko Baranain PaaraGarjahi Baanar Bhaalu Apaara।।

Explaining the meaning of the verse, Maharaj ji says that whatever omens were being given to Janaki ji, the same bad omen were being given to Ravana. The army moved, which can be described? Countless monkeys and bears are roaring.

Keharinaad Bhaalu Kapi KaraheenDagamagaahin Diggaj Chikkaraheen।।

Explaining the meaning of the verse, Maharaj Ji says that those whose nails are their weapons, are moving as per their wish, carrying bears, monkeys, mountains and trees, some are moving through the sky and some on the earth. They are roaring like lions. Due to his walking and roaring, the elephants in different directions are getting disturbed and are chirping.
